Das BuroDat(Arbeitsamt)in den Niederlanden verfügt über ein Verzeichnis, in dem alle Arbeitslose aufgeführt sind, die vor 1957 geboren sind und die immun gegen die Schweinegrippe sind.
In dem Moment, in dem die Mexikanische Grippe den niederländischen
Arbeitsmarkt voll treffen wird, können niederländische Arbeitgeber diese gripperesistenten Arbeitskräfte auf flexibeler Basis anheuern, um die Verluste durch Krankheit leerstehender Arbeitsplätze innerhalb eines Betriebes aufzufangen und weiterer Verbreitung der Grippe zu begegnen.
Nach den HochrechnungenEs wird erwartet, dass jeder dritte Arbeitnehmer am Grippevirus im Laufe der Epedemie erkranken wird. Zu der Lösung des Problems werden die Arbeitslosen hinzugezogen, die das 52. Lebensjahr überschritten haben.
Die Angehörigen dieser Gruppe von "Arbeitsveteranen", die viel Erfahrung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt mitbringen, sind direkt einsetzbar und haben sind bereits mindestens 1 Mal in ihrem Leben an einer saisonalen Grippe erkrankt. Dadurch sollen sie viel weniger anfällig für den H1N1 Virus als ihre jüngeren Kollegen sein.
Wenn nun ein Arbeitgeber bei der Arbeitsvermittlung anruft, dass eine Stelle
frei geworden ist, da ein Arbeitnehmer erkrankt ist, wird ein geeigneter Kandidad aus dem Bestand (nach Branchen sortiert) ausgewählt und er wird umgehend kontaktiert. Von dem Arbeitsveteranen wird erwartet, dass er bereits am nächsten Tag bei diesem Betrieb vor der Tür steht, um seinen Dienst anzutreten.
Die Frage stellt sich, wie kann jemand wissen, ob er nun immun ist für die Mexikanische Grippe (Schweinegrippe) oder nicht?
Und woher weiss das niederländische Arbeitsbüro, ob jemand geimpft ist und ob er bereits eine normale Grippe gehabt hat?
Ob diese Lösung unserer westlichen Nachbarn wohl auch in Deutschland Furore machen könnte? Vielleicht wäre das JA ein willkommenes Weihnachtsgeschenk für einige ältere HARTZ IV Empfänger in unserem Land?
